1. We received the parcel on 30th late evening, after several calls to track the Blue dart person
2. Qty received 973 no's
3. The box outer was with transparent packing tape on all sides, the carton was too thin to hold the screw weight
4. The plastic cover used to pack screws was torn

Suggest to use heavier grade cover & carton box to withstand the weight of the shipment, Thank you
